Key Responsibilities
Manage the administrative team, responsible for training and developing team members to improve their performance.
Oversee daily support work.
Ensure the completion of all administrative tasks.
Identify key areas for improvement, plan administrative processes, develop guidelines, and implement relevant procedures.
Coordinate with senior management and other managers to ensure that work aligns with the company's mission, vision, core values, and goals.
Tracking team performance to ensure that work quality reaches an acceptable level.
Job Requirements:
At least 5 years of administrative management experience
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
Strong leadership skills
Ability to interact effectively with diverse groups of people
Excellent planning, organizing, and project management skills
Requires 24-hour shifts
