Job Summary

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Logistics Executive to manage end-to-end logistics operations for project materials from purchase order issuance to final site delivery. This role is critical in ensuring smooth shipment coordination, inventory management, cost control, customs compliance, and timely delivery across Singapore.

  • Salary: S$3,300 - S$3,600/month (base)
  • Employment: Full-Time, Permanent
  • Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:45 p.m.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full lifecycle of project parts and materials, from purchase order issuance to final site delivery
  • Monitor shipments and coordinate with factories, vendors, carriers, and freight forwarders to ensure timely project deliveries
  • Manage inventory levels, perform accurate stock replenishment, and maintain records using an RFID system
  • Receive and manage cargo deliveries to job sites efficiently
  • Ensure proper customs clearance procedures are completed and all documentation is accurate
  • Arrange marine insurance coverage for shipments as required
  • Negotiate and manage logistics and material costs, implementing strategies to improve efficiency and reduce expenses
  • Review logistics processes and propose improvements for cost savings and operational efficiency
  • Prepare monthly reports and perform ad-hoc cost analysis
  • Implement cost reduction principles across warehouse transactions and logistics activities
  • Maintain administrative and documentation tasks to support smooth logistics operations

Required Competencies and Certifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse, inventory, or logistics/supply chain management
  • Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Studies, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proficiency in MS Office and SAP
  • Forklift license is a plus

  • Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Meticulous, proactive, and positive attitude with strong attention to detail
  • Practical understanding of cost management and warehouse/logistics efficiency strategies
  • Ability to commence work within short notice
