Job Description

The Person should be willing to be a team player, as he will have to work closely with the Stores Executive in order to carry out his day-to-day responsibilities.

Both the logistics and stores executive will have to cover for each other in each other's absence.

- Lead 3 warehouse operations: in-house, 3PL (Blue-Era), and FTZ (ACS Freight) totaling over 10,000 sqft.

- Coordinate global supply chain activities across regional teams.

- Create and process SO/POs, CIPL, and DHL/FedEx bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

. Transportation Coordination:

o Plan, schedule, and monitor inbound and outbound shipments.

o Liaise with freight forwarders, transporters, and courier companies.

o Track shipments and resolve any issues related to delivery delays or damages.

. Inventory Management:

o Monitor inventory levels and ensure accuracy of stock records.

o Coordinate with the warehouse team to optimize storage and handling.

. Warehouse Operations:

o Oversee warehousing activities including receiving, storage, and dispatch.

o Ensure proper handling, labelling, and documentation of goods.

. Documentation G Compliance:

o Prepare shipping documents (e.g., invoices, CIPL).

o Ensure compliance with customs regulations and other requirements.

. Vendor G Supplier Management:

o Build and maintain relationships with transporters, and other service providers.

o Negotiate rates and service terms to reduce costs.

. Process Improvement:

o Identify bottlenecks in the logistics process and suggest improvements.

o Implement cost-saving measures and increase efficiency.

. Reporting:

o Generate regular reports on logistics KPIs (e.g., delivery times, transport costs, inventory accuracy).

o Analyse data to support decision-making.

ualifications:

. ITE/Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field.

. 2+ years of experience in logistics/ supply chain

. Familiarity with MS excel and basic computer applications.

. Familiarity with logistics software (e.g., Zoho or any other ERP system).

. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

. Good verbal and written communication and negotiation abilities.

. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

. Knowledge of international shipping and Incoterms.

. Experience with customs clearance procedures.

. Familiarity with lean logistics and supply chain optimization techniques.

. Knowledge of telecommunication equipment will be an added advantage

Other criteria-

  1. Salary range - SGD 3,500 to SGD 4500 p.m
  2. Benefits - AWS, group medical insurance, 14 days AL and 14 days SL
  3. Location- Near Marymount/Bishan MRT
  4. Mon to Fri (9am to 6pm)
