Logistics & Customer Service Coordinator
- Working Days: 5 Days (Mon-Fri)
- Working Hours: 9am - 6pm
- Location: Changi Business Park
- Salary $2,600 - $3,000
Job Descriptions:
- Prepare shipping documents in accordance with L/C requirements and submit for bank negotiation.
- Responsible for all export shipments, liaise with forwarders for shipment arrangements.
- Collaborate closely with the Logistics & forwarders to ensure timely execution of shipments.
- Maintain and update export reports on time.
- Manage customers orders, deliveries, reports and other transactions efficiently.
- Perform administrative support and any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Relevant Shipping & Logistics working experience
- Proficient in MS Office
