This part-time hybrid role, based in Singapore, offers the flexibility to work both remotely and on-site. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will oversee daily logistics operations, ensuring smooth inventory management and supply chain activities. Key responsibilities include managing stock levels, coordinating shipments, maintaining records, and communicating with stakeholders to optimize processes and resolve issues promptly. A key objective of the role is to ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction through effective coordination and attention to detail.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving and data analysis
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to collaborate with team members and address client needs
  • Proficiency in Inventory Management and Supply Chain Management for handling stock and logistics activities
  • Multitasking abilities and attention to detail to maintain operational accuracy
  • Familiarity with logistics software and proficiency in using technological tools is an advantage
