Role Description

This is a part-time role for a Logistics Coordinator. The role is hybrid, based in Singapore, with a mix of on-site and work-from-home responsibilities. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating and optimizing shipping schedules, managing inventory records, streamlining supply chain processes, and maintaining relationships with suppliers and customers to ensure smooth operations. The Logistics Coordinator will also oversee order tracking and identify opportunities to improve logistical efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making and problem-solving
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to coordinate effectively with suppliers, customers, and team members
  • Proficiency in Inventory Management and Supply Chain Management to ensure efficient operational processes
  • Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment with organizational and time management skills
  • Prior experience in logistics, supply chain, or related fields is beneficial
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field is preferred
