Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role based in Singapore, with the flexibility to work both remotely and in the office. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will handle the day-to-day management of logistical operations, including coordinating shipments, managing inventory, and ensuring efficient supply chain processes. You will also engage with customers and team members, communicate effectively to resolve issues, and contribute to streamlining operations for optimal results.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate data, optimize processes, and solve problems effectively
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact with clients and collaborate with internal teams
- Experience in inventory management and expertise in supply chain management processes
- Ability to work in a hybrid setting combining office attendance with remote work
- Attention to detail, time management skills, and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in logistics software and tools is a plus
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field is advantageous
