- Manage all aspects of order fulfillment at Singapore warehouses (external & internal) for all logistics needs (e.g. spare parts, 3rd party materials, demo units, events, marketing etc.)
- Release STO PO into SAP, request stock allocations from SIOP team on STO & maintain accurate PO delivery dates
- Be the customer catalyst in order monitoring to minimize risk of delay deliveries
- Execute STO PO escalation to supply planning team on products with long lead time & not meeting expectations
- Communicate regularly with customers, Channels Sales & BD team on issues and provide timely updates
- Coordinate transportation bookings with freight forwarders & closely monitor the movement of goods throughout inbound process from origin warehouses into Singapore
- Collaborate with Custom Brokers to facilitate smooth customs clearance process on import shipments or CARNET shipments within APAC destinations
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments processing with 4PL/3PL and internal team
- Prepare and manage all inbound and outbound related documentation
- Be the primary point of contact on shipping rates, obtain freight quotes from appointed 4PL
- Responsible for other logistic related activities for APAC business and its customers, this includes repair, outbound and Advance Replacement Warranty, reverse logistics process, stock buy-back etc
- Maintains accurate up-to-date records, databases and documentation, such as CI/PL, Delivery Notes, BOL/AWB, inventory movements documentation. Support internal and external audit
- Other ad hod duties as assigned by Company
- 3 years of related working experience in Logistics/ Supply Chain functions.
- Having CRM experience is an added advantage
- Proficient in SAP and Microsoft applications (especially Excel).
- Result-oriented with great attention to details.
- Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Having a strong knowledge in shipping procedures, especially air and ocean transportation (key freight terminology, incoterms, multimodal etc.) is a plus point.
- Willingness to work overtime to meet deadlines, especially at month end.
- Sensitive to timing delays, able to foresee problems in advance and take necessary actions on time.
