Logistics Coordinator / Admin

Benefits:

• Basic Salary: $2,400 to $3,300
• Shift Allowance: $220 (Afternoon Shift) / $330 (Night Shift)
• Guaranteed 2 months bonus
• Company transport provided at various MRT stations:
  Woodlands / Ang Mo Kio / Punggol / Tampines / Bedok / Sengkang / Tanah Merah / Pasir Ris

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday

• Morning: 8:30 AM to 6:15 PM
• Afternoon: 12:45 PM to 10:30 PM
• Night: 8:30 PM to 6:15 AM

Working Location:

• Greenwich Drive (near Hougang)
• Changi South (walking distance from Expo MRT)
• Alps Avenue

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate customers shipment processes
• Ensure timely handling of incoming and outgoing shipments, including returns and exchanges
• Attend to customer enquiries and complaints
• Support smooth import and export operations
• Perform hands-on duties when required

Requirements:

• Must have at least 1 year of relevant working experience
