Logistics Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Perform delivery and collection of equipment, parts, and materials using company vehicles such as lorries or vans.
• Provide transportation support for employees travelling to work sites or designated drop-off locations.
• Assist with import and export documentation and prepare relevant shipping and logistics documents.
• Coordinate and follow up with freight forwarders and carriers to monitor shipment and delivery status.
• Provide general logistics and administrative support to the department and undertake other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence.
• Diploma or relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse operations, or administration.
• Responsible, dependable, and able to demonstrate a positive and proactive approach to work.
• Able to work independently while coordinating effectively with internal teams and external logistics partners.
• Good organisational skills with the ability to manage delivery, collection, and documentation tasks efficiently.
