Part-Time Logistics Assistant (Immediate Start Preferred)

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Part-Time Logistics Assistant to support our daily warehouse operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving and unloading deliveries, organizing inventory, conducting stock checks, and maintaining a safe and efficient warehouse environment. This role is ideal for someone who is physically fit, able to work independently and as part of a team, and committed to workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments, unload trucks, and inspect goods for damage or defects.
• Verify delivery contents against purchase orders, packing slips, and bills of lading.
• Organize, label, and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Conduct regular inventory cycle counts and report discrepancies to the Warehouse Manager.
• Ensure accurate handling and storage of goods.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in compliance with workplace safety standards.
• Assist with other warehouse and logistics duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Physically fit and able to perform manual handling tasks.
• Responsible, reliable, and detail-oriented.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Prior experience in logistics, warehousing, or inventory management is preferred.
• Possess a valid driving licence and own vehicle is preferred.
• Able to start work immediately will be an advantage.
