Job Description

Role & Accountabilities:

1. Compliance & Governance

Assure compliance with KC site Environment, Health and SafetyManagement System (EHSMS) and Quality Management System (QMS) requirements,policies, and procedures. Manage, operate, and comply with all establishedStandard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to warehouse and engineering storeoperations.

2. Logistics & Material Flow

Schedule and coordinate all inbound and outbound deliveries andshipments for warehouse operations. Coordinate with third-party operators,suppliers, and country supply chain on shipments, including documentation.Manage plant sales orders from order monitoring to shipment. Support planningfunction by monitoring and following up on incoming raw materials and packagingmaterials.

3. Engineering Store Management

Ensure timely Goods Receipt (GR) posting for incoming and outgoingspares to maintain stock accuracy. Perform incoming material inspections forquality checks and resolve non-compliance or discrepancies with stakeholders.Conduct daily stock checks for fast-moving parts and consumables to ensureavailability. Identify and maintain critical spare parts stock levels toprevent machine downtime. Perform monthly cycle counts and annual full stockcounts as per CFI requirements. Monitor on-time delivery of parts and work withGBS team to address delays. Review PR/PO for high-cost spare parts withstakeholders before ordering. Manage warranty claims and repairs, includingshipping and receiving.

4. Inventory Control & Reporting

Maintain accurate warehouse documentation and filing. Provide dailyreporting of parts and consumables used in machines, highlighting abnormalconsumption. Prepare monthly inventory reports for store stock levels. Reviewslow-moving and obsolete parts, report to stakeholders, and follow up onactions (write-off and clearance). Drive continuous improvement to maintainoptimal safety stock levels using central store SLP tools.

5. Stakeholder Collaboration & Continuous

Improvement Collaborate with key stakeholders to optimize inventory andreduce costs. Support business needs by performing other assigned tasks asrequired.

Essential Knowledge/ Experience

  • Education: Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics coordination, and inventory management.
  • Hands-on experience in engineering spare parts management and material flow processes.
  • Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in SAP/ERP systems for GR posting, PR/PO review, and inventory control.
  • Preferred: Knowledge of continuous improvement tools (Lean, SLP) and cost optimization strategies. Experience in managing warranty claims and repairs.
