About the role
As a Sales Support Executive at ERIKS, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's sales efforts. This full-time position is based in Tuas West Region and will involve providing comprehensive sales support to our sales team.
What you'll be doing:
- Liaise with customers to process orders, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate product information.
- Prepare quotations, sales contracts, and other related sales documentation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records in the company's SAP Business One (SAP B1) system.
- Support the sales team in lead generation, client follow-ups, and other sales-related activities.
- Collaborate closely with the logistics and finance teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely invoicing.
- Monitor and report on sales trends and potential opportunities to support strategic decision-making.
- Deliver excellent customer service and serve as a reliable point of contact for clients.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the immediate superior.
What we are looking for
- Minimum Diploma in Business, Engineering, or an equivalent qualification. Knowledge of mechanical products such as gaskets or sealing solutions will be an added advantage.
- At least 3 years of proven experience in a sales support or customer service role, preferably within the engineering industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP Business One), Microsoft Office, and other relevant business applications.
- A proactive team player with strong communication skills, able to work under pressure and adopt a solution-oriented approach.
