Role Overview

We are seeking a Logistics & Inventory Executive for a 4-month maternity cover to support the operational flow of merchandise and non-merchandise across the ASEANIA region. The role ensures timely stock movement, accurate inventory control, and coordination with warehouse, retail, merchandising, and external logistics partners.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse & Store Coordination

  • Manage weekly distribution from the warehouse to Singapore stores.
  • Coordinate store returns (merchandise & non-merchandise) back to the warehouse.
  • Raise weekly replenishment orders with Merchandising.
  • Process delighting item and packaging orders upon request.
  • Provide weekly delivery status updates to Retail Operations and Merchandising.

Inventory & Stock Integrity

  • Coordinate weekly cycle counts with stores and Retail Operations.
  • Issue weekly stock-on-hand reports and resolve negative inventory.
  • Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies; process required write-offs (uniforms, PR/CVM/RO, clothing allowance).
  • Attend Monthly Inventory Meeting & ASEANIA SM Monthly Meeting.

Regional Logistics & Compliance

  • Manage stock rebalancing and transfers across SG, VN, AU, and NZ.
  • Monitor incoming shipments for SG, AU, NZ retail stores.
  • Handle CITES applications (alligator/vicuña) for SG & AU; maintain proper documentation.
  • Validate warehouse, forwarder & courier invoices before month-end.
  • Coordinate deliveries to Singapore/Australia wholesalers when required.

Additional Support

  • Assist with cash closing twice per month for Singapore.
  • Provide backup support to the Senior Executive during urgent or peak tasks.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
  • Experience in SAP S/4 HANA (FIORI) is a plus; training provided.
  • Basic knowledge of retail operations and logistics workflows.
  • Strong organisational skills, ability to prioritise, and work well under pressure.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and 3PL partners.
  • High attention to detail and strong critical-thinking skills.
