Job Description

1. Create, issue & monitor PO/DO.
2. Maintain proper record and filing.
3. Communicate & maintain good relationship with suppliers.
4. Maintain accurate records of purchases and pricing.
5. Assist in stock forecast and procurement and monitor inventory and cost control.
6. Assist to liaise with project team operations relating to equipment and materials requirement.
7. Assist to keep track the punch log of machines & equipments moving from site to site.
8. Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Logistic Manager.

Requirements:

- Min of 1-2 years of experience in procurement, preferably in construction
- Ability to multi-task and manage priorities under tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills, and problem-solving
- Proficient in MS Office.
