Our Client, the leading global provider of packaging, crating, logistics and design, is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position as Logistics Admin.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receiving and Verifying document
- Verify Customer Shipping Requirement and Mode
- Ensure Sales orders are issued, and billing are done timely & accurately with all necessary supporting documents in ERP System
- Ensure document are updated in excel and communicate information to operation team
- Match packing document with shipment management system (SMS)
- Perform ERP System such as Purchase Request, Receipt and Stock Transfer
- Weekly and Monthly Cycle Count validation and updating into ERP System
- Communicate with customers through Email/Teams/Phones. to achieve and meet customer requirements
- Liaise with various team to fulfil customer's order when needed
- Ad-hoc job assigned by supervisors and/or managers
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma
- Proficient in MS Office (Words, Excel, Outlook)
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in a warehousing environment
- Able to commit to OT (including weekends and PH)
- Must be able to work night shift
OTHER INFORMATION:
- Location: Greenwich Drive
- Working Days/Hours: 5 days, 8.30am to 5.30pm or 8.30pm to 5.30am (rotated monthly)
- Salary: Up till $2,800 + allowance + bonus (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
