Role Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and organized Logistics to support daily shipping, inventory, and documentation operations across Singapore, Hong Kong warehouses.
This role ensures smooth end-to-end coordination between Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Freight Forwarders, maintaining shipment accuracy and compliance with company SOPs.
Key Requirements:
Shipment & Coordination
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments via air, sea, and courier.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, Delivery Order, AWB/BL, COC, etc.).
- Liaise with freight forwarders and warehouse teams to ensure timely shipment and delivery.
Warehouse & Inventory Control
- Support daily inbound receiving, picking, and outbound delivery activities.
- Operate barcode scanners and label printers for carton-level traceability.
- Perform regular stock reconciliation and assist in monthly/quarterly stocktakes.
Communication & Coordination
- Liaise with Sales, Purchasing, and Finance teams for shipment readiness and AR review.
- Communicate with suppliers and customers on delivery schedules and shipment discrepancies.
- Escalate delays or document issues to the AR team or Head of Department for final approval.
2. SKILLS
- Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in trading or distribution, preferably in electronics components.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, familiar with Inventory Management System.
- Familiar with barcode scanning, label printing, and basic shipping systems.
- Strong coordination, attention to detail, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Incoterms, customs procedures, and freight documentation is advantageous
