Shift hours: -
Monday to Friday 1315 to 2300 (Afternoon Shift)
Monday to Friday 2030 to 0615 (Night Shift)

Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operation activities (inbound and outbound and operation activities) to ensure Logistics / Distribution operations meet the customers expectation)
- To communicate and coordinate with warehouse operation team according to customer requirements.
- To tally inventory with Singapore custom record, products inventory and make sure the accuracy between physical stocks and system quantity.
- Communication with customer to receive orders and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Support Team work on daily reporting such as inventory report, warehouse and distribution tracking report..
- Assist with daily transportation arrangement.
- Assist in any other duties as required
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Logistic Management / Supply Chain / Business Management
- Minimum 1 years experience in 3PL warehouse operation and supervising warehouse staff
- Proficient in computer skills ie. MS Office, Excel, SAP and WMS
- Comfortable with shift hours
