2. Client & Business Solutions

• Understand customer logistics requirements

• Propose customized logistics solutions for distribution and delivery

• Prepare proposals, cost models, and service plans

3. Supply Chain Optimization

• Improve warehouse operations and inventory flow

• Identify bottlenecks in transportation and distribution

• Implement technology systems for tracking and logistics management

4. Project Management

• Lead logistics improvement projects

• Coordinate with transport, warehouse, and procurement teams

• Ensure logistics solutions are implemented successfully
