Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team. As a key member of our sales division, you will be responsible for expanding our market footprint by identifying new business opportunities and promoting our comprehensive suite of logistics services. This is a high-impact, client-facing role that requires a blend of strategic thinking and on-the-ground sales execution.

Remuneration & Benefits

• Monthly Base Salary: SGD $4,000 - $5,000 (commensurate with experience).

  • Junior entry (1-2 years exp): $3,000 - $3,500.

• Commission: Competitive commission structure on top of base salary.

• Bonus: Performance-based year-end bonus.

• Location: Premium office space in the heart of the CBD

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Proactively identify and engage potential corporate clients within the logistics and supply chain sector.

• Client Engagement: Travel locally to meet with prospective clients, conduct presentations, and pitch tailored logistics solutions.

• Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with stakeholders to ensure high client retention.

• Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity to position as a market leader.

Requirements

• Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven experience in Business Development or Sales within the Logistics/Supply Chain industry.

  • Note: Candidates with 1-2 years of relevant experience will be considered for a Junior BD role.

• Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Mindset: A self-starter who is comfortable working independently and meeting clients face-to-face.

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
