Job Description

Brief Summary

Join a dynamic team focused on efficient logistics and shipping operations. This role offers the opportunity to manage comprehensive freight movements while ensuring compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

Coordinate shipments by booking cargo space and scheduling transport across air, sea, or land. Prepare, verify, and process essential shipping documents, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations. Act as the primary contact for customers, providing updates on shipment status and resolving inquiries related to freight rates and delivery issues. Manage relationships with various stakeholders including shipping lines, airlines, transporters, warehouses, and overseas agents to ensure smooth operational processes. Verify freight charges and manage vendor invoices, while overseeing billing and processing Delivery Orders (D/O).

Requirements

Relevant educational qualifications. Proven experience in shipment coordination and logistics management. Strong understanding of shipping documentation and compliance regulations. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in handling billing and job costing procedures.
