We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistic Executive to support our growing fashion jewelry retail business. The successful candidate will be responsible for inventory planning, stock allocation, product setup, replenishment coordination, and logistics operations to ensure smooth and efficient product flow across all sales channels and stores.
This role requires a strong understanding of inventory management, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to use reports and data to make accurate and timely stock allocation decisions.
Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.
Prepare and execute weekly store replenishment plans based on sales performance and inventory levels.
Coordinate stock replenishment activities with warehouse packers and relevant stakeholders.
Conduct monthly demand planning to ensure sufficient stock coverage for upcoming sales periods.
Perform stock allocation across stores and channels based on sales trends and inventory requirements.
Assist in stock takes, inventory reconciliation, and housekeeping of inventory records.
Product Management
Create and maintain product SKUs in the inventory system.
Launch and set up new products accurately and promptly.
Update and maintain product catalogues, product information, and inventory records.
Ensure data accuracy across inventory and product management systems.
Logistics & Reporting
Prepare and schedule deliveries to stores and other locations.
Extract, analyze, and prepare bestseller and replenishment reports.
Conduct basic stock analysis to identify inventory opportunities and risks.
Follow up closely on replenishment, delivery schedules, and inventory discrepancies to ensure timely resolution.
Diploma or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
Strong understanding of inventory management and logistics operations.
Keen sense of logistics flow and inventory movement.
Ability to analyze reports and allocate stock accurately and efficiently.
Meticulous, organized, and highly attentive to detail.
Strong follow-up skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Responsible, positive, and proactive working attitude.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with good command of English.
Able to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data management and analysis functions.
Experience with inventory management or ERP systems will be an advantage.
Preferred Experience
1 to 3 years of experience in inventory control, logistics, merchandising support, or supply chain operations.
Experience in retail, fashion, accessories, or jewelry industries is preferred.
