Logistic Controller

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and monitor daily logistics and transportation operations.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with suppliers, customers, and transport providers.
• Oversee warehouse operations, inventory management, and stock accuracy.
• Develop logistics strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure timely delivery of goods while maintaining service quality.
• Monitor shipping schedules, delivery performance, and logistics KPIs.
• Handle customs clearance and import/export documentation where required.
• Negotiate contracts and rates with freight forwarders and transport vendors.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and local logistics laws.
• Lead and supervise logistics staff, drivers, warehouse personnel, and coordinators.
• Resolve operational issues, shipment delays, and customer complaints efficiently.
• Prepare logistics reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management.

Requirements

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and transportation processes.
• Experience with ERP systems, warehouse management systems, or logistics software.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.

Other Information

• 5.5 workday a week
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
• Warehouse or site visits may be required.
