Responsible for the efficientmanagement of the Store and Receiving operations in inventory management,movement, and logistical co-ordination, receiving documentations and storage management
Seamless support to plant operational and efficient day to day Store management.
To receive incoming shipment from forwarder,vendor & assembly plants and perform visual and document checks, generate Goods Receipt Slip(GRS) and system transfers
Able to handle Store KPI reports(Weekly and Monthly) and update daily transaction data
To perform transaction such asreceiving/issuing, data entry, item loan in/out, inventory monitoring &replenishment in SAP, WOS, TED and other related applications
To service line request by issuinggeneral/direct/indirect material/spares required to support operational needsby the Lab
Managing store inventories and perform cycle-counts
To communicate with requestor& provide feedback on parts & material issues
Ensure safe and clean workenvironment and operations in terms of EHS safe work practices and 5S
Job Specification:
GCE N or O Level or NITEC / Higher NITEC or Certificate in relevant discipline
1 -2 years of relevant workingexperience in day to day store operation, inventory management and materialmanagement
Experienced in support cyclecounting and stock-take activities
