Job Summary

You will manage invoicing, shipping documentation, and sales order processing while handling incoming goods and stock checks to support daily delivery operations. You will also perform administrative tasks and assist with ad hoc duties as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Process sales orders accurately to ensure timely fulfillment
  • Issue invoices and prepare shipping documents to support logistics operations
  • Receive, inspect, move, and store incoming goods to maintain inventory accuracy
  • Conduct daily stock checks to verify inventory for delivery loading
  • Perform general administrative duties to support operational efficiency
  • Complete ad hoc responsibilities as assigned to meet business needs

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Diploma qualification or higher
  • Proficiency in MS Office and general computer literacy
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong organizational skills and a responsible, positive attitude
