Job scope:
- Clinical Triage & Assessment: Rapidly assess patient severity upon arrival to determine care priority,, conduct physical assessments, and monitor patient conditions.
- Treatment & Procedures: Administer medication (oral, IV, IM), perform phlebotomy, dress wounds, and assist physicians with acute procedures or diagnostic tests.
- Emergency Response: Assist in stabilizing patients, including performing CPR, using defibrillators, and responding to emergency situations.
- Patient Monitoring & Documentation: Maintain detailed records of assessments, interventions, and vital signs, keeping families informed.
- Operational & Administrative Support: Manage clinic inventory and supplies, assist with patient registration, and coordinate ambulance services or referrals for patient transfers.
- Collaboration & Safety: Work with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safety compliance and high patient satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with a valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) practicing certificate.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications are generally required.
- Experience in emergency, intensive care, or related acute care settings is often preferred.
- Must be able to commit 4-5 days per week, including weekends, able to commit 2-3 rotating shifts
- Proficient in cannulation
