Ascend Gymnastics was established in 2005 to cater for children aged 1 years and above to learn gymnastics in a FUN, SAFE AND POSITIVE environment. Our aim is to promote Gymnastics For All through our custom designed activities for both our competitive and non-competitive programs, reaching out to as many children as possible. We strive to impart gymnastics skills in a structured and fun manner while developing the individual as a whole.

Job Summary

As a Gymnastics Coach at Ascend Gymnastics, you will teach children aged 1 to 14 years basic gymnastics skills and related activities in a safe, positive, and fun environment, supporting their physical and personal development.

Responsibilities

• Deliver structured gymnastics coaching sessions to children aged 1 to 14 years to develop their fundamental gymnastics skills and physical coordination
• Design and lead engaging activities including sports, games, movement exercises, and songs to enhance children's motor skills and enjoyment
• Maintain a safe and positive environment by applying safety protocols and encouraging respectful behavior among participants
• Monitor and assess children's progress during sessions and provide constructive feedback to support their growth
• Collaborate with team members to create a supportive and fun atmosphere that motivates children to participate actively
• Adapt coaching methods to suit different age groups and skill levels to maximize learning outcomes
