QMS Engineer

Our client is a multinational company in manufacturing industry. As part of the business expansion, the team is looking for a Manager, Accounting & Budgeting to join their office. This person plays crucial role in supporting business objectives

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain and continually improve the Company's Quality, Environmental, and Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems (QEMS).

• Support the implementation, maintenance, and compliance of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 13485 requirements across the organization.

• Act as Document Control Coordinator, ensuring all QEMS documentation is properly controlled, updated, distributed, and retained in accordance with applicable standards.

• Conduct internal QEMS audits, coordinate and support external certification, customer, and vendor audits, including regulatory audits.

• Understand and promote the Company's Quality, Environmental, OH&S, and Information Security Policies and Objectives ,including environmental aspects and impacts, safety risks, emergency preparedness, and information security risks.

• Ensure compliance with information security controls, including observing handling restrictions throughout the information lifecycle.

• Promote and coordinate E‑Kaizen, EMS, and continuous improvement activities, supporting departmental quality and efficiency improvement projects.

• Support and participate in Emergency Response Plans (ERP) and Environmental Management Programs (EMP).

• Report any quality, environmental, safety, or information security incidents or risks to the appropriate internal authorities.

• Monitor updates and advise management on changes to quality, environmental, safety, and information security standards and regulations.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline.

• Minimum 3 years experience in engineering or quality assurance supplier management and product qualification experience preferred.

• Experience in a QMS or similar engineering role exposure to electroplating or manufacturing is an advantage.

• Lead/Internal Auditor experience for ISO 9001,ISO 14001, ISO 13485, and IATF 16949 is preferred.

• knowledge of Automotive Core Tools (APQP,PPAP, MSA, FMEA, SPC) is an advantage.

• Strong problem‑solving, communication and organizational skills.
