Local Shipment Logistics Coordinator

Salary: $3,000
Work Location: Tai Seng (near MRT)
Work Days: 5 Days

Responsibilities:
. Process local shipment orders and arrange transport with service providers.
. Ensure orders are dispatched within daily cut-off times and monitor delivery status.
. Prepare shipment documents (invoices, pick lists, delivery notes).
. Perform accurate ERP or warehouse system transactions and maintain records.
. Coordinate with warehouse, transport providers, and internal teams.
. Assist with inventory checks, cycle counts, and operational reports.

Requirements:
. Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Business or related field
. 1 to 2 years of logistics, warehouse administration or order processing experience
. Basic ERP/logistics system knowledge preferred
. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
. Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines
