Job Description:
- Support and manage syndicated loan transactions from mandate to closing
- Review and coordinate key transaction documents including NDAs, Commitment Letters, Term Sheets, Facility Agreements and related legal documents.
- Act as central liaison between Relationship Managers, Credit Department, Legal Counsel and external parties (e.g. MLABs, Facility Agents)
- Consolidate internal comments and coordinate revisions before reverting to counter parties.
- Handle administrative matters relating to secondary loan trades, including review of trade documents and coordination with agents.
- Ensure documentation aligns with approved credit terms and internal policies.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor degree and above with more than 5-years of syndicated loans experience in commercial banking
- Good interpersonal skills to handle stakeholders across multiple departments
