BANK LOANS SYNDICATION SPECIALIST

Job Description

• Support and manage syndicated loan transactions from mandate to closing
• Review and coordinate key transaction documents including NDAs, Commitment Letters, Term Sheets, Facility Agreements and related legal documents.
• Act as central liaison between Relationship Managers, Credit Department, Legal Counsel and external parties (e.g. MLABs, Facility Agents)
• Consolidate internal comments and coordinate revisions before reverting to counter parties.
• Handle administrative matters relating to secondary loan trades, including review of trade documents and coordination with agents.
• Ensure documentation aligns with approved credit terms and internal policies.

Requirements

• Recognized bachelor degree and above , preferably in Business, Accounting, Banking and Finance, Economics or other related disciplines
• At least 7-10 years of relevant experience in commercial banking
• Excellent verbal communication and good interpersonal skills to handle stakeholders across multiple departments
• Proactive, energetic, result oriented and possess good business acumen
