Loans Officer

We are currently seeking driven and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Loan Officers. This position is open to individuals who are eager to kickstart their career in the Licensed Moneylending industry.

As a Loan Officer, you will be responsible for various tasks related to loan application, loan creation and loan disbursement.

Responsibilities

. To provide Customer Service at exemplary levels while upholding the professional image of the company

. To assist Clients with their loan applications by answering clients queries, guiding them through loan procedures, conducting data entries and processing documentation checks

. To conduct loan disbursement by generating loan contracts, providing clear and coherent explanation of respective loan products and loan contract terms,

. To assist with clients account management, along with loan servicing activities, repayments and collection updates

. Communicate effectively and negotiate with stakeholders to obtain required results

. To highlight any discrepancy/deviation to the Team Manager
