Responsibilities

. To provide Customer Service at exemplary levels while upholding the professional image of the company

. To assist Clients with their loan applications by answering clients queries, guiding them through loan procedures, conducting data entries and processing documentation checks

. Provide full spectrum of administrative support to the Senior Management Office.

. To conduct loan disbursement by generating loan contracts, providing clear and coherent explanation of respective loan products and loan contract terms,

. To assist with clients account management, along with loan servicing activities, repayments and collection updates

. Communicate effectively and negotiate with stakeholders to obtain required results

. To highlight any discrepancy/deviation to the Team Manager

Requirements

. Entry level with right skill set

. No experience required

. Friendly and positive attitude

. Excellent communication skills

. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

. Able to speak proficiently in both English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers)
