About the Role
Our client is a fast-growing player in the SME financing space, focusing on unsecured working capital solutions for businesses in Singapore.
They are looking for a driven Loan Manager (Sales Focus) to grow their SME portfolio, manage end-to-end client relationships, and drive revenue through new business acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source and acquire SME clients with financing needs
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline via self-sourcing, referrals, and partnerships
- Conduct initial credit assessments (financials, bank statements, ACRA data)
- Structure tailored financing solutions based on client cash flow and needs
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure
- Work closely with internal credit and operations teams for smooth execution
- Maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
- Monitor portfolio performance and support renewals
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in SME financing/business loan sales / unsecured lending
- Proven track record in originating and closing business loans in Singapore
- Strong understanding of SME financials and credit fundamentals
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently
- Existing network of SME clients, brokers, or referral partners is a strong advantage
- Exposure to fintech lending or alternative financing platforms is a plus
