Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the company's bookkeeping, ensuring accurate and timely recording of all transactions
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting standards
- Support the consolidation of financial statements across multiple entities
- Work closely with banks to manage treasury functions, including cash management, bank reconciliations, and foreign exchange transactions
- Assist with the audit process, providing necessary documentation and support to auditors
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and journals
- Assist with internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting regulations and company policies
Professional Qualifications
- Degree in accountancy or equivalent professional qualification
- Minimum 5 years of internal and external audit experience at Commercial environment and/or Big 4
- Solid experience in bookkeeping and preparing financial statements
- Experience working with treasury functions and banking relations
- Familiarity with the preparation and consolidation of financial statements
- Good understanding of International and Local Accounting Standards
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to work well independently and in group with tight timelines
- Possess can-do and solution-oriented attitude
- Proficient in MS Excel such as the use of financial formulae and pivot tables
- Experience in Oracle Cloud Financials is advantageous
