Responsible for period-end closing activities such as GL Journal entries, bank reconciliation and ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing of accounts.
Prepare monthly management reports and conduct analytical review of financial fluctuations for management review
Manage quarterly GST submissions in compliance with regulatory requirements
Continuously improve accounting processes and internal controls to enhance reporting quality and operational efficiency
Assist management in cost control and profitability analysis
Cashflow monitoring, maintain daily cashflow and prepare weekly and monthly cashflow forecast
Prepare intercompany billings and manage intercompany transactions and reconciliation
Supervise and manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable
Handle fixed assets, addition, disposal, and depreciation
Coordinate year-end audit process and prepare annual financial statements to support statutory compliance
Support tax preparation and filing, ensuring compliance with relevant tax regulations and financial laws.
Support other finance-related ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent field.
At least 3-5 years of related experience.
Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Highly motivated with ability to work independently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including MS Excel, MS Powerpoint).
Familiarity with Autocount accounting software would be beneficial.
