Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily branch operations and ensure smooth, efficient workflows
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Relationship Managers to deliver excellent customer service
- Drive sales strategies and initiatives to achieve business targets and growth
- Handle customer escalations and resolve issues professionally and promptly
- Ensure all operations comply with regulatory and company policies
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance retention and trust
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Loan Officer or leadership experience in financial services or related industries
- Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese (spoken & written)
- Proven track record in achieving KPIs and driving revenue growth
- Leadership ability with experience in managing and motivating teams
- Positive mindset with a customer-focused and strategic approach
