Lift Engineer

Key Responsibilities

. Plan and execute installation, testing, and commissioning of elevator systems

. Conduct detailed inspection, preventive maintenance, and safety checks on elevators

. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, and control system faults for various brands of lifts

. Supervise elevator technicians/workers on assigned projects and ensure compliance with safety standards

. Prepare technical reports, maintenance records, and work documentation

. Support modernization, upgrading, and improvement works for existing elevator systems

. Liaise with project managers, contractors, and regulatory bodies to meet compliance requirements

. Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within safety and quality standards

Requirements

. Strong hands-on experience in elevator installation, commissioning, servicing, or maintenance

. Familiar with safety regulations and building codes related to elevator works

. Problem-solving mindset with ability to lead or supervise small teams

. Physically fit and able to work at heights/confined spaces

. Applicants with their own motorcycle are preferred
