FXT is a fast-growing fintech trading platform with customers across the globe. We're building a marketing hub in Singapore to scale our global presence. To accelerate this growth, we're looking for an Email Marketing Specialist with experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) who can deliver personalized, data-driven communications that engage, nurture and convert users across their lifecycle.

About the Role

This role sits at the intersection of lifecycle marketing, CRM and marketing operations.

You will own customer lifecycle journeys across onboarding, engagement and retention, while also managing attribution, tracking and data systems that power marketing decisions.

You'll work closely with product, data and development teams to ensure campaigns are measurable, scalable and optimised across channels.

We will be prioritizing applicants who have a current right to work in Singapore and do not require visa sponsorship.

What You'll Do

  • Own end-to-end lifecycle marketing across onboarding, activation, retention and reactivation using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Design, build and optimise automated journeys and triggered communications based on user behaviour and lifecycle stage
  • Execute email campaigns including segmentation, personalisation, testing and performance optimisation
  • Own marketing operations across attribution and tracking, including AppsFlyer, Firebase and GA4
  • Manage event tracking, deep links, SKAN and attribution setup across web and app
  • Analyse data and generate insights to improve lifecycle performance, conversion and retention
  • Partner with product and engineering teams to define tracking requirements, event mapping and data flows
  • Translate marketing needs into technical specifications and ensure proper implementation
  • Support CRM and data infrastructure including CDP initiatives to improve segmentation and personalisation
  • Assist with QA of tracking, UTMs, pixels and campaign setups
  • Ensure best practices in deliverability, compliance and data accuracy

What We're Looking For

  • 4-7 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, marketing operations or growth roles
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio)
  • Experience with attribution and analytics tools such as AppsFlyer, Firebase and GA4
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to work with data (SQL or similar preferred)
  • Experience building dashboards and translating data into actionable insights
  • Solid understanding of attribution models, event tracking, SKAN and marketing data flows
  • Experience working with product and engineering teams on tracking and integrations
  • Fluent in Mandarin to collaborate with China-based technical teams
  • Strong ownership mindset with ability to proactively identify issues and drive solutions

Nice to Have

  • Experience with CDPs or advanced segmentation tools
  • Experience in fintech, trading or financial services
