License Operations Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a License Operations Manager who will report directly to the License Manager Asia. If you have a strategic mindset, can steer the vision forward, possess a passion for retail, and excel in overseeing stock allocation and inventory optimization to enhance sales, gross profit, and minimize dilution, along with a strong commitment to achieving business objectives, we urge you to connect with us.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Drive merchandise strategy and seasonal plans across all channels
• Lead our team with a customer-centric mindset, ensuring precise stock allocation
• Analyze brand and channel performance to optimize sales and profitability
• Oversee the exit plan for SKUs, optimizing Open to Buy and product freshness
• Provide volume forecasting and DC projections to our partners
• Collaborate closely with our DC to maintain stock availability and efficient inventory flow
• Conduct regular site and store visits to fine-tune inventory and identify optimization opportunities
• Share insights and data trends to influence product investment decisions
• Attend brand milestones to ensure alignment with merchandise strategy
• Collaborate daily with license partners to execute plans effectively
• Uphold COG principles and cultivate a team of passionate brand ambassadors
• Prioritize safety and well-being in alignment with our Safety Matters Framework.
