The LEW Technician ensures that facilities are safe and functional by performing preventive and corrective maintenance activities. He/She conducts technical troubleshooting for mechanical and electrical issues in compliance with the quality and safety standards, regulations and organizational Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) practices.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Perform daily operational activities which includes attending to customers enquiries, needs and complaints
- Perform preventive and breakdown technical support and maintenance for mechanical/electrical services, plumbing & sanitary services, Aircon servicing and maintenance, ACMV systems, chillers, and electrical control
- Ensure all LEW paperwork/documentations are completed and filed in accordance to regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Possess LEW certificate with EMA or hold a valid Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW) certification of Grade 7
- Nitec in Mechanical / Electrical or related field
- Candidates with 2 years or more related experience in Facilities Management will be an added advantage
- No experience is welcome to apply (on Job Training)
- Positive attitude, good interpersonal and customer-centric skills
- Rotating Shift required (2 shifts, Morning and Afternoon)
