Looking for a Experienced Building Maintenance Engineer to join us at a Hospital FM Team
Qualifiication:
Degree holder with 3 years of experience
Diploima Holder with 10 years of experience
Must have good knowledge in Electrical and Mechanical fields
Must be able to lead a team of Senior Technician and Technicians
5 and a half day working week.
PH and Sunday Off.
As a Building Maintenance Engineer at Green Engineering and Services LLP, you will be responsible for the efficient maintenance and upkeep of our client facilities located in a Hospital in the East. This is a full-time position where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and functionality of our buildings.
What you'll be doing
- Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other mechanical equipment
- Lead a team of Technicians under you. ( 8 x Technicians )
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with building systems and equipment, and implement appropriate repair solutions
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repair work, and equipment performance
- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialised maintenance and repair work
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and regulatory standards
- Provide technical support and guidance to facility users as needed
- Contribute to the development and implementation of maintenance policies and procedures
What we're looking for
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 3 for a degree holder else 10 years of experience for a Diploma holder in building maintenance or facilities management
- Strong technical knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, manuals, and specifications
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Effective communication and customer service skills
- Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and best practices
