About the Role
This position is primarily responsible for conducting compliance research related to the company's overseas business expansion and delivering compliance analysis reports and business optimization recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct compliance research for the company's globally distributed products, generating compliance analysis and business improvement recommendations.
- Monitor legal, regulatory, and industry dynamics across international markets relevant to product distribution, producing comprehensive market intelligence reports.
- Manage legal operations for cross-border business activities, including contract review, product compliance verification, legal training for business teams, liaison with external counsels worldwide.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of multinational legal experience at law firms serving global clients, or Internet/Tech companies with cross-border product distribution
- Structural problem-solving ability and persuasive communication (written/verbal).
- Ownership mentality & self-driven execution and resilience in fast-paced environments.
- Team-oriented approach with stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in both Chinese and English.
