The Role: Legal Counsel
The Location: Singapore
The Client: Pioneering AI innovation with autonomous task execution, multi-agent design, and advanced integration capabilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead legal strategy across our products and advise on a broad range of legal and commercial matters.
- Collaborate with both internal and external counsel based in Singapore, Japan, and the US, to provide compliance and regulatory analysis and advice for international business development.
- Advise management on the implications of legal and regulatory updates.
- Providing legal support for deal execution and post-investment management of deals including transaction documents review and negotiation, project management and legal risk controls.
- Establish internal training materials and conduct training to educate employees on evolving laws, regulations and compliance standards.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of legal experience in tech or AI law (in-house or law firm).
- Familiarity with privacy regulations and AI-specific legal issues.
- Have experience working closely with Product and Engineering teams on experimental technologies.
- LLB/JD from accredited institution; Singapore Bar or international equivalent preferred.
