We are now looking to expand our bench (Singapore) with an exceptional in-house legal professional. You will need to possess:
- 5+ years post- qualification experience (more senior applicants with the right experience welcome to apply).
- Strong experience dealing with procurement and supply chain risk and governance across a manufacturing business with an APAC-wide remit
- Experience in relation to drafting and maintaining compliance policies and trainings, self-certifications, management of quarterly compliance calendar, corporate secretarial matters, etc.
- Solid general commercial/corporate experience, including experience handling leases, employment matters, commercial contracts, etc.
- Exposure to projects compliance in jurisdictions outside of Singapore would be useful (Vietnam, Philippines, Indonesia, and so on).
