Job Description
- Lead the review, drafting, and negotiation of a wide range of commercial and operational agreements, including MOUs, procurement contracts, cooperation agreements, T&Cs, service-level agreements, NDAs, HR/labourrelated documents, insurance matters, and IPrelated documentation.
- Advise on corporate transactions, including M&A documentation, due diligence, and deal execution.
- Manage litigation and disputes, partnering closely with external counsel and overseeing all related documentation and strategy.
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams across regions to provide clear, businessoriented legal advice.
- Guide and coordinate with external/foreign counsel and, where required, support other members of the legal team.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Legal Counsel should have:
- A degree in Law from a recognised institution.
- Singaporequalified or other commonlaw qualified lawyers preferred.
- Minimum 6 years PQE, with strong exposure to commercial contracts corporate/M&A and/or aviation sector experience is a plus.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and problemsolving skills, with the ability to balance legal risks and commercial priorities.
- A proactive, grounded, and collaborative working style-independent yet an effective team player.
- High level of professionalism, diligence, and willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
