Legal Counsel

Responsibilities

• Drafting and reviewing contracts
• Supporting board and shareholder governance matters
• Advising on Companies Act compliance and internal controls
• Providing legal and regulatory compliance support
• Assisting with litigation matters
• Preparing and managing regulatory filings
• Advising on labor law and immigration matters
• Providing legal support to finance and treasury functions
• Supporting M&A transactions (from due diligence to postcompletion integration)
• Coordinating with and managing external counsel

Requirements

• Law degree from Singapore, the U.S., or the U.K. (J.D. preferred)
• Prior inhouse legal experience in Singapore is preferred
• Law firm experience is a plus but not required
• 4 to 10 years of relevant postqualification experience
