We are now looking to expand our bench (Singapore/Hong Kong) with an exceptional Legal Consultant to support Trade and Regulatory Compliance issues in South Korea.

As the legal consultant, you need to possess:

• Proven experience in trade and regulatory compliance within South Korea.
• Strong working knowledge of Korean customs regulations, import/export compliance, free trade agreements (FTAs), and sanctions frameworks.
• Experience supporting e-commerce or digital marketplace businesses will be valued.
• Fluent in Korean and English.

• Qualified in Korea with excellent academic background.
• Top international law firm or equivalent in-house/secondment experience.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work independently in a part-time, remote setup.
