Want a sales job where you earn what you close, uncapped, with the autonomy and trust to run it like your own business

OneCart is an AI-Powered B2B SaaS platform that helps sellers manage inventory, orders, and listings across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify and more. We're a lean team reshaping e-commerce operations across the region.

About the Role

You will own new business. No inbound queue to babysit. You find sellers, show them OneCart, close them.

You'll sell across SEA (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines), with global customers as upside.

Your KPI is Net New Closes. Uncapped commission, starting at 20% of contract value. The more you close, the more you earn.

What Success Looks Like

  • New customers signed and onboarded every month.

  • A healthy pipeline of qualified prospects you built yourself.

  • Revenue targets hit consistently.

  • Existing customers expanding because you set them up well.

What You'll Actually Do

Find and close

  • Build target lists of e-commerce sellers who'd benefit from OneCart.

  • Run outbound. Email, LinkedIn, calls, whatever works.

  • Qualify hard. Don't waste your time or theirs.

  • Run product demos that solve a real problem they have.

  • Close the deal and hand off cleanly to onboarding.

Build relationships

  • Be useful before you pitch. Know their business, their platforms, their pain.

  • Walk new customers through their first trial and setup so they actually stick.

  • Stay in touch with prospects who aren't ready yet. Timing matters.

  • Feed product and marketing what you're hearing in the field.

Know the product

  • Understand OneCart well enough to demo any feature without notes.

  • Stay current on releases. We ship constantly.

  • Connect a seller's actual pain (lost orders, stockouts, hours wasted) to specific OneCart value and solutions.

What We Need From You

  • AI-native. You use Claude, ChatGPT, and similar tools daily. AI is core to how we work, not a sideshow.

  • B2B SaaS or e-commerce SaaS sales experience is a strong plus.

  • Curiosity. You ask good questions before you pitch.

  • You learn technical products fast.

  • You can write a clear, personal cold email (not a template).

  • You're comfortable on chat, calls, and demos.

  • Rejection doesn't rattle you.

  • Track record closing SMEs is a plus.
