Who are we looking for

We're currently working on a full-time assignment with one of our financial services clients and we're interested in hearing from junior to mid-level equity capital markets lawyers available at short notice to join us to commence their LOD journey straightaway. This assignment will run for 6 months and will have a good chance of turning permanent. To join us, you will have the following attributes:

• Singapore qualified lawyer with 3-6 years PQE with reputable law firm and/or in-house/secondment experience
• Solid experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating a broad range of agreements including MSAs, SLAs, procurement contracts, joint ventures, and M&A documentation
• Prior experiences in a financial services institution is an added advantage
• Currently living in Singapore and is available to start assignments at short notice

You will have a hands-on, can-do approach, be able to use your initiative and not be afraid to roll up your sleeves.
